Warping Machine for non-elastic yarns

Short Description:

Important Features

It is a type of simple structured warping machine developed for the warping of non-elastic yarns for narrow fabric weaving. The yarns on the creels are taken off and guided passing through a set of tensioning rollers to the expansion reeds, which then evenly distribute the yarns to the beam. To wind the yarns on the beam is performed by a turning friction roller which is driven by an inverter controlled motor and attached with a magnet brake system to stop the machine instantly in case of yarn breakages. While winding, the friction force exerted by the friction roller to the beam is kept steady and constant by the pneumatic control system, that consequently makes the yarns have consistent and uniform tension during the whole winding process.
