It is the warping machine equipped with ingenious controlling mechanisms and is elaborately designed for the warping of elastic yarns in big quantities onto a big beam with large loading abilities. Positive creels are fitted to the machine which are driven independently by servo motors to roll off the yarns from the creels. Preliminary drafting rollers are installed to regulate the yarn tension and to guide and deliver the yarns to the beam. Winding motion of yarns on the beam is driven directly by a servo motor system which is attached with a magnet brake mechanism to stop the machine automatically and instantly in case of yarn breakages. The rolling off of the yarns from the creels and the winding of the yarns onto the beam are kept in accurate coordination and steady synchronization to guarantee the yarns have consistent and even tension during the whole winding process, which all are controlled by the central computer system of the machine.
