Warper for fine-count elastic yarns

Short Description:

Important Features

The machine is developed for the warping of elastic yarns for narrow fabric weaving, especially for the warping of covered Latex or covered Spandex of fine denier. The machine is fitted with parallel arranged or vertically arranged creels which are built with positive driving system to roll off the yarns from the bobbins. The winding of the yarns on the beam is performed by a turning friction roller which is driven by the motor controlled by inverter. The friction roller is attached with a pneumatic controlling system to constantly give even pressure to the beam, that consequently makes the yarns wound on the beam have consistent and uniform tension. During the whole winding process, the rolling off speed of the yarns from creels and the winding speed of the yarns on beam are kept in steady and precise synchronization by the controlling system of the machine which comprises PLC system with inverters.
