This is a version of newly-developed narrow fabric needle looms with the unique structure to undertake the special tasks of weaving over-heavy narrow fabrics for industrial, transportation, load lifting applications. The looms are built on a particular strengthened machine base and equipped with sturdy configurations. The harness frames, shedding levers and beating-up devices are heavily reinforced. The shedding motion is driven by intensified pattern chain system with enlarged shed-openings, and the take-up mechanism is controlled by powerful ratchet sets with stout take-up rollers. All these virtues make the looms quite competent to weave heavy synthetic webbings which can have long weft repeats and intricate selvedge interlacing.
