Important Features

This covering machine is developed on the basis of well-proven designs and constructed in modular structure. The machine is able to fulfil the covering of Latex thread with synthetic filaments, short staple yarns, or fiber glass yarns and even steel wires. Two main motors controlled by independent inverters are fitted at the machine end. One is to drive collectively all the spindles of the machine with a tangential belt, another is to drive the winding motion of the whole machine take-up positions. This configuration makes the spindles run in a true uniform speed and helps the winding motion on all the take-up positions achieve a precise and even package formation. It is flexible to equip the machine with gear-box winding system or with electronic winding system, the drafting mechanism can be by using changing gears or by using servo motors. When the machine is equipped with complete electronic systems for feeding – drafting – winding, it comes into fully computerized. All the production parameters, including the winding cross-angle, the take-up tapering, lip breaking, draft ratio and twist numbers, can be easily programmed on the touchscreen of the machine!
