It is a version of winding machine developed for the winding of synthetic filaments as POY. DTY, or FDY, Nylon filaments, as well as short staple yarns onto the spools that are to be used by covering machines. The machine is built with modular structure and is flexible to be attached with optional mechanisms to satisfy the specific application. The spindles of the complete machine are driven by one motor with a tangential belt under the precise control of a servo system. It makes all the spindles run in an uniform speed and helps the winding realize a consistent formation in all the take-up positions. When equipped with electronic traverse system, the machine comes into fully computerized. All the winding parameters are able to be programmed on the touchscreen!
