Important Features

The machines are built as an integrated glue coating and thermofixation system for the finishing of woven Hook or Loop tapes. They are composed of Cylinders Drying Unit- Coating unit- Drying chamber 1- Drying Chamber 2- Cooling Chamber- Taking off & Rolling unit. The machines have a computerized controlling center to regulate the running speed ratio between each working unit, by the help of the tensioning devices fitted on the machine line to regulate the fabric tension in the whole process, and to control the heating temperatures in the thermofixation and cooling chambers. All the chambers are built with stainless steel sheets in the construction of sandwich form with the insulation layer inside. Based on low energy consumption, the quality performances with high yield are the well-proven advantages of the machines.
