The machines are constructed as an integrated system to fulfill the back coating and thermofixation of pile weather tapes. The tapes are usually used as dust-proof or water-proof strips on windows and doors of outside or home facilities. The chemical coating material can be made of PP, PVC, PPR or PEX. The machines are composed of one extruding machine and one coating machine, which is equipped with heating system for fixation and is supported by an anti-reverse driving mechanism and a hydroturbine cooling system.

The extruding machine has 5 heating sections and is attached with inverters to control the extruding process. Equipped with a fast turning screw the extruding machine is able to make the chemical granules fully liquefied and steadily supplies the glue to the coating machine. The coating machine has a big diameter cylinder with built-in water cooling system, it takes up the fabrics and efficiently makes an even and solid coating on the back side of the fabric.
