It is a machine elaborately designed for the sizing of pile narrow fabrics that can be used as brushing or filtering strips in vacuum cleaners, in air conditioners or in other electronic instruments. The machine is equipped with a computer controlled coating system that guarantees the chemical permeating is thorough and complete, it eventually makes the coating on the strips is even and firm. The thermofixation is accomplished by the thermosal chamber which is driven by electrical heating system and is attached with inverters to regulate the heating operations. The chamber is constructed with guiding rollers and deflecting rollers that keeps the piles on the fabrics unaffected during the whole processing.
