This type of needle looms is equipped with 2-6 electronic heald frames driven by servo motors and with extra 6-10 heald frames controlled by pattern chains. The looms are developed for the weaving of technical webbings such as protective belt or shock absorbing lanyard which need to have separate woven layers in certain length of picks. To program the working scheme of the electronic heald frames is easy via the loom monitor which, in fact is a micro computer with touch screen. The shed motion can be set to have multiple sheds for complex-ply weaving.
